Talk to your doctor and or your pharmacist for an alternative. Serious assessment of what you are eating, portion control, exercise will be your friend until you can get back on track 

What Kenna said. And if you’re coming off of something like Ozempic, consider joining a support group of some sort, so that you can moderate your feelings. Overeaters Anonymous or see if your doc can recommend something. 

Full disclosure, I haven’t been on it, but it messed with a friend’s head quite a bit. She couldn’t tolerate it long term. 

Please consider daily 16 hour intermittent fasting. It will heal your body and rid weight 

this scares me to since I take ozempic but I only lost 21lbs in a year using it because I didn't quit drinking pop and wasn't eating good food. since I have been on here logging my meal and quit drinking Mt dew and watching my carbs I've lost 30more pounds. so hopefully you can get it back off and keep it off. I'm sure ozempic has helped me in loosing the 30lbs also but I don't know how much I think most of it is due to the diet changes I have made..  

I'm not sure if it applies to your medication, but one of the medications I'm on is not covered by insurance (not typically prescribed for MS but is...) it would normally be $250 a month, but (GoodRx) the prescription help company online that's free knocks it down to $30 at one location (Meijer), and $7 at another location (Walmart), to pick up. You still have to have the prescription, but when you put in your information it locks it in and send it to the pharmacy at that cheaper rate and you can pick it up. Like I said I'm not sure if you were particular drug is on their prescription list, but it did look like most drugs were you should check it out. Hope this can help you while you find a better solution.
