2021 was 315lbs gained up ton374 due to bad thyroid and bad eating habits and torn meniscus tear and not able to walk much... started ozempic in April of 2023 but didn't eat better alot of fast food and overeating Even at home overeating was crazy and still drank 3-4 16.9 oz bottles or 20iz a day of mt dew not able to exercise much the shot helped me any way and i lost from 374 to 353 then started here using that app mostly and have went from June 11th until today Jan 19th and went from 353lb to 296lv using the calories and carb tracker But mostly its all glory to God for help with the weight loss.
Currently working on getting a knee replacement surgery and prayers I can walk and exercise after I heal up from it...
My goal is to at least get down to 220lb but I need to get to 275 to make sure my surgery will be done...I should be able to loose 10lb at least before I schedule my next appointment with the surgeon which will be at 285lb ..

I've reached my first mini goal of under 300lb nect is 275lb and then 250 and my ultimate goal is 220lb which last time I weighed that much was 2012 its actually the smallest I've been since high school.As a senior I was 275lb struggling with weight issue and dud loose 100lb when I went to work at 18yr old I'm a factory and stress and working long hours eating at burger King the double whopper meal a day I lost down to 180 but started gaining it back until I got back to 270..so at 220lb I was in size 16some 14 size capris
