Solid day yesterday….Break from strenuous exercise. Swam a mile and did hour beach walk. No Gym no squash…ate very well…Blueberries, Tomatoes, Oysters, Sardines, Yogurt, Almonds, all good foods. Angiogenesis foods!!
Today will be bigger workout day……
