Did well yesterday. Event was easily handled. No temptation whatsoever. CRON method has been installed in my software so that I was able to go through a 4 hour social event and only have water. My food choice at the event was a Black Bean dish that was quite healthy.

Got a good workout with 35 minutes of stairmaster and a 1 mile run with 2000 meters of rowing.

Had Cherries and yogurt last night at 10pm which may be why weight is up slightly.

Onward and upward!!!

Fluctuations are normal - 2000 meter row is a long one! I break up my rowing in three or four 500 meter increments and go for time...in between we use weights or elliptical alternating back and forth. Nice job for you!

Thanks HCB….no worried at all about fluctuation. Committed to CRON so all will adjust.
