This week I had the diet bubble over a little but mostly kept it on track. I got into the gym twice this week which certainly helped. I enjoyed a pork roast on Sunday for Fathers Day. Goals wise, I am officially under the 130kg hurdle. I have now lost a total of 100lbs. I have also lost over half of my goal. Steady consistent progress.
