Again, with the western career college commercial, YOU CAN DO IT! :D Try easing back in, instead of just jumping strait into carrots and water. Or weaning yourself off the comfort foods. I know its hard, but you can do it! :) This may sound weird but eat some edamame, that's been my recent comfort food. It tastes creamy which eases me off the intense carb craving. WW has a good recipe for an Indian type edamame with curry and cinnamon, if thats your thing. It's really good. Even my SUPER picky hubby has been raiding my stash! :) Best of luck!
