Ate great yesterday. Fruits Vegetables all good things . Stayed close to CRON and had 860 calories with a very strong workout day. Stairmaster at Level 14, Squash, Row Machine and Eliptical. It is funny how as we age it is so important to control what we eat and how much we exercise. Many people on FS have difficulty managing it all ….It is ver challenging but is very much about retraining. Hard work!!
