Weight up this morning: 187.4. Bowels not moving as they should be. Praying for a BM before we have to leave for the hospital at 5:15am. My house is all in order and ready should anybody come to visit me after surgery. Have all my Protein bars, Protein Shakes and Protein Chips packed, along with some Diet Coke and a few Danish Butter Cookies. I THINK I’ll still be able to meet my post-surgery goal of 100g Protein and 25+ grams of Fiber a day, even while I’m in the hospital, PTL.
Ok, gotta take a special antibacterial shower again this morning before I leave. I’ll keep y’all posted along the way.
