Great exercise day with tennis and gym…..ate pizza---Veggie on Rice dough. Fell like a ton of bricks. Certainly food to avoid. When eating fruit veggies and high quality raw foods and then you have CRAP (and in theory good crap)…you quickly see how the body does not like those foods. Live and learn…..
