Um... Yesterday's weigh-in did NOT prepare me for todays! Super excited. My secret goal (shhh secret) was to get to 136 by Chicago Comic-con. Done. Weird. Still have 3 weeks until D-day. Shall we go for 135.0? I dare to push it.

I'm exhausted. Apparently without cardio in my life I can't sleep. Go figure. Couldn't fall asleep until Midnight and woke up around 3 for a while. So I didn't get up and do Yoga like I was planning. But I'm on my yoga ball while I type this (and for the next 8 hours when I'm not on my feet) so maybe that will make up for something? Going shopping tonight for costume stuff. If I can't find everything to be Col Gathers I'm going to re-wear my Dr. Mrs. the Monarch costume (with a couple of tweaks). This I can handle.

OK, it's early and I can't think of anything. Just was excited. Have a great weekend FS buddies!

Nice job!!! What a great drop!!! Keep working hard and you'll reach all your goals soon! Isn't it funny how lack of exercise really gets to us in more ways then one? I find I don't sleep as well without exercising either (even walking on the treadmill helps). I also find that if I can't sleep, getting up and walking on the treadmill does help! Or if I am up early and way tired, I go to the gym! I went the the gym the other morning at 5:30 am (pure torture getting there) but I had a great workout and felt energized and ready to take on the day!! Have a good weekend girlie

YAY! I think another pound in 3weeks is reasonable! I actually just watched something about comic-con on tv last night. They were talking about Hugh Jackman (who I love). Totally thought of you. Have a great weekend hun

Allie I wish I had your motivation! I love getting up in the morning and working out - weird. It's just after work I put on my lazy pants and want to do NOTHING some days. But then, other days I like to do EVERYTHING. LOL! NCM - I get so worried about putting a time to my weight loss goals because I've been stuck at 139 for so long. Maybe that's over now?? I would LOVE to be 135 in three weeks. Mmmm Hugh Jackman! So yummy.

Woohoo!!! Lookin' good, lady! That's a stinker about not being able to get some good shut eye last night. You know my views on exercise ball-chairs--I'm thinking the sandman will visit you earlier tonight ;) You HAVE to post your costume once it's completed...I'm super duper excited!!!
