My fridge still has Chinese leftovers from last night. Not to mention all the chocolate etc I ate during the week. I definitely know what went wrong and what has been going wrong, which means I can fix it.. I just need to do it. I don't want to lose all of this progress. A backslide is fine if it stops and I can continue dropping.
