My man left for work yesterday. I will see him again Saturday, we are attending a wedding on Sunday, I would like to be at 170 by then, I have this great dress that I am dying to wear, but I gotta try to get rid of the love handles a little... eek! lol I may have to go shopping to find something else.
Anyway been doing ok on diet, I had somethings over the weekend I shouldn't have and I have been bouncing past couple days, but I feel confidant that this week will be a great one. Did some good grocery shopping, and will be eating great this week.

170 in one week? Or did you mean IN your 170s? If that's the case it's definitely do-able. You should go buy some Spanx to "hide" the lovehandles in the meantime. Spanx are magic!!!
