Yesterday was an excellent day. Continued to build on the 8 day waterfast. Focusing on consuming the right foods. Breakfast today was Kiwi, Watermelon, Blueberries, Papaya, Honeydew and Orange.

The fast has taught me the difference between hunger and habit in a way that nothing has in the past. Am starting to ramp up exercise today with a return to the squash court.

Will record a second entry latter today.

whats a water fast.. tell me more.. how many calories?

Ok a Water Fast is NOT pursued for Weight Loss. Weight Loss is a natural by product of the fast but certainly not the reason. Here are some links to further review. Water Fasting prolonged past 3-5 days stimulates the regeneration of Stem Cells and also release natural human growth hormone. Before undertaking a waterfast which is NO FOOD just water you really need to study the process. Of particular importance is the refeeding process when you break the fast.
