I am still in phase three and not losing, but maintaining. I know I need to go back into phase one to jump start my weight loss, but I like the variety of foods in phase three. I am working out about 45 minutes to an hour daily. And about once or twice a week, I try to squeeze an extra hour workout in.
I went to the lake this weekend and it was the first time in a while I have been in a bikini (in front of people). So that was a great feeling.
