Sometimes I get a little discouraged when there’s no change or even an upward change, then I remember that I was plateaued at 167 for literally a year and a half after having my daughter and in just the past few months I’ve made a major dent in that. Grateful for my body and the strides I’ve already made! Happy Saturday everyone, I hope y’all have a day that’s as amazing as you are ❤️

I went from 180 to 150 starting the latter half of 2019...and then plateaued (spelling?) there for 2 years 😂 Sometimes I think a plateau is just your body adjusting. Have a great day yourself! 😃

I also get frustrated when I make a little progress, but then life throws me a curve ball and I gain it all back. Hope you have a great week!
