I don’t post a weight during the week and I don’t post to the (.) BUT when the scale starts with a 1 you take it and run!! Lost 25lbs though the holidays.
No New Years resolutions other than more of the same. Next milestone is to get to a loss of 100 lbs, sometime in February.

The bike is here! Instead of putting it together I have to go to work for the year end audits. Maybe I’ll have time Sunday/Monday. It will be warm enough for a ride
