I go almost a week following diet 100%,no weight loss. Then two pounds in two days. I think it is normal, about two pounds a week. Sometimes I think I don't eat enough, but I eat until I'm full. Usually I stick with a low carb diet. I tried Paleo Plan awhile back & lost 15 pounds in 30 days. I've started Paleo again, been on it 9 days. Not as much loss as first time, but not bad. I think it's a good diet, but a bit bland as far as the foods. Good luck to all.
