Hey all. You all know I have not been on plan but still found a way to a little loss. I am only 2.7 lbs away from the 250's I wanted to be in for the trip to texas so I think I am doing the next 4 days of phase 1.5 or so. Thank you all for the support. I AM ALMOST A WIFE :)

Keep up the good work. I know what you mean. I haven't been very disciplined with it either. You can do it. I know it's tough but just remember how good the reward will be. :)
