Well nothing gained and nothing lost. I guess that is a plus, however it is still frustrating. I have not changed anything, still working out three times a week at curves, and still walking two nights a week. I am still keeping track of what goes in my mouth and writting everything down. I am sticking very close to my daily points and never had to use my flex points. So why no lost?
