1 more week of P90X in my first cycle and I need to bring it. I'll admit I did not focus the past week and skipped almost every workout but I'm done with that and need to get back on track!

I am LOVING this so much and steph, my sis is to phase 3 and likes it better than she ever did with phase 2 lol

I admit the Phase 2 workouts for chest are way harder than Phase 1. This is actually my last week. The thing that is the hardest for me to get motivated for is Ab Ripper and it's what I need the most. Well technically I just need to lose the fat hiding my six pack. ;-) Pictures are less than 7 days away!

hahahaha I've joked that its a game of hide and seek...I know they're there, I can feel them lol they're just hiding behind this slight layer of uh softness lol "abs! come out, come out where ever you are!"

I so know what you are talking about. I can feel the abs but they are hiding behind about 3 layers of fat....Is it just cardio and sweating it off? UGHHHH come out come out where ever you are!!!!!
