I GAINED A POUND!!! It's okay... It's okay.. hah Yeah well even though I said my weight gain/loss would be in one ear, out the other for the next week since I have been sick for the last week and unable to stick with my diet, it's still a bummer! I couldn't wait to see my weight go into the 130's! Instead it climbed right back up and my guess is that it's water weight. I'm very dehydrated from last week and haven't really gotten a chance to regain hydration. I've hardly eaten anything lately besides yesterday I started to feel well so I ate like crap! I probably went well over my set calorie intake but it felt kind of good to splurge at least once... it was just bad because it was day before weight in. Soooo I'm hoping that if I get my rear back into gear, next weeks weigh in will pay off enormously. We shall see. My goal today is to make a three day plan. Planning a full week in advance makes me not pay attention to it but if I can follow three days at a time that will make it easier so I should be posting another entry, if all follows through as planned, and will be on my way to health and weight loss next week!
