Im BAA-AAAACK! Back from Disneyland. Up 1 pound, and I am not stressed about that one little bit. Had a great time there but ran into a LOT of snags getting there. Son sick, wife sick,then, ME sick. clutch fried in car..2K in additional expenses. and the list goes on! But we got there.We ended up having a great time regardless! I cheated a little but really did well with my eating considering the surroundings! was able to get my push ups and sit ups in fairly consistently, but no weights.lots of swimming and of course...walking! Missed ya buddies.
