Hello again. I was just about done with my journal and the computer shut down for an update. I hate when it does that. Anyway I have been house sitting so no computer or scale. I have gained again. I do not know what is going on. But I do not like it. It seems I have lost focus. I am not keeping my food journal as well and focusing on the goal weight. I guess you might say obsessing on my goal weight. I am so close I can taste it. I need to change that focus to my original goal. I wanted to feel better and have more energy to do the thinks I wanted to do. I have done that for the most part so you could say I am successful. Why don't I feel successful then?? Maybe I am just in a funk...who knows. Anyway I need to focus on the important and let the other things fall away. Well time to get ready for work and stop rambling. You all have a good day. bye
