Not in the zone at the moment, still adjusting to my new way of eating and struggling to identify the different feelings of hunger I now get. I need to also stop my boredom eating, being stuck at home is having its consequences. My mother is in respite care for a week in October, so making the most of it and have planned some nice days out and about.
