I started the Autoimmune Paleo diet in July, and I finally lost the last 20 pounds that I could never shake. This is really the best diet for me, and I am slowly reintroducing a few things. I will never have dairy, eggs, mustard or tomatoes - I know that much. Legumes are out too. There are so many foods that my body does not tolerate, I am really tired of fighting it!

Hey! That is freaking phenomenal!! Congratulations. Can you tell me a bit about this autoimmune diet? I was diagnosed w RA a while back and I know I should be trying to eliminate dairy, sugar and a few other things. Is there a book or a website you can recommend? Thanks. Monique
