Yea, stayed the same! I blew past my calorie allotment do this is positive.

TJ, wish I could say the same. I had a molcajete dish, and gained 4 pounds in one day. But lost most of it over the next 2 days. Just a ton of salt that had to work its way through my system. Still struggling with holidays, etc...and trying to keep my calories in check. Still want to lose between 15 - 20 pounds (again) and maintain. Staying between 200 - 203 right now, and need to go down to 180 - 185. Keep focused !! Tom

Oh Shrewedness, I feel your sentiments towards the scale. Unfortunately my reticence always points it’s finger at me. We can do rhis, just keep out our best foot forward and we’ll succeed. As YFritz reminded me the other day, remember the goal. 😉
