I am 58, and not new to this dieting thing, unfortunately. All that means is I haven't given up, but I have struggled to recognize I am not the same teen/20's kid who could put away the foot. That said, I lost 40 lbs 10 years ago, and lost it, due to rushing to meet a goal of participating in a mud run. Gained it all back. So here I am!
My goals are simple:
1 - Achieve the weight loss attained in 2011 (245 lbs)
2 - Attain the weight of 225 (just a nice mid-term milestone)
3 - Reach 210 lbs (lowest maintained weight dating back to 1998 (post divorce))
4 - Weigh in at 195 lbs (wonderland as they use to refer to it on Biggest Loser). 5 - If I drop below 200, and maintain, my Dr. will consider reducing/eliminating some of my medications. This is a big milestone for me.

Anyway, I have been back since Feb '21 and will be here for a while to help with maintenance when I get there. I know I can do it, and if you are reading this I know you can reach your goals too!
