Oof, rough thursday yesterday. Mom is getting evicted from her rental, boss is riding me for the slightest errors you could ever think of (really, slightest), and I'm starting to get that feeling I get when I decide to do something stupid (quit my job unexpectedly, start a fight/argument w/someone for no apparent reason, or just leave for a day without letting anyone know). Short and sweet, I'm angry, very angry right now and I don't know how to vent it. I am going to try and take the anger out on the gym tonight and see how that works, sorry if you read this journal entry and it was discouraging. I will be over this soon enough im sure.

Feel better Panther! Bad days are sometimes inevitable, but the problems don't last forever. I hope you have a better one today and a good weekend :) Spike day? Exciting????? YEAH!!!

Dude! Its okay to be angry. Take a "smoke" break and go for a quick walk! Or better yet, go in the bathroom or outside and yell. Nice clean release with no negative consequences. The count to ten thing...yeah overrated. Today is Friday, week is over. Tomorrow can only get better.

Whomp :( People suck....at least taht's what i've come to realize. Go for a run and get it out at the gym. If nothing else just take a walk or lie outside. Hope things work out!

I have to admit all of that sounds pretty harsh! I'd be angry as well.... good to spot your aggression in advance and try to avoid a big incident of whatever kind. Go kick the hell out of those free weights. And then scream in your car at intersections. That's always fun.

man that sux bro, but like everyone's saying- hold fast and it'll pass... good idea taking it out at the gym though, just make sure you gotta spotter and/or good sparring partner- actually i do recommend punching and kicking something (preferably a bag), its quite satisfying =) hope you're feeling better bud!
