Today is my day off from logging food. It's too hard with being invited to dinner and not knowing what we're having or what it's called or how much exactly. I will weigh in again on Tuesday and hope to be down a bit again. The aim is to be 54. something kilos.
I like the way of eating here people tend to eat less take-away and sit down together at home for healthy home cooked meals for lunch and dinner.

me too it's so much easier to be healthy that way :) I can't even be tempted to eat fast food here because most of our fast fod restaurants have closed because they don't get enough costomers :D

Society would be so much better off without fast-foods--families would get to eat together and actually talk, and people would not be obese from all the fattening ingredients.

well that depends really, I hate the food my parents cook and when we dont go out to eat together I just eat some toast in my room alone, when we get take away chiese food or something we are much more likely to talk and eat together, so I wouldn't say ur first point is always correct but I do agree that it's terrible how fat especially the poor people get that can only affort fast food.

Sometimes we just grab a few things from the grocery store to eat while we are out instead of fast food. Cheaper and healthier!
