I was really worried when I saw the number on the scale this morning - down another 2 pounds! BUT, I did my calculations and my inches are moving a little - I am UNDER 25% body fat!!!
I have lost 21 pounds of fat since March 2nd, and over 10% body fat!!! I am floored! So exciting! I can't wait to get back to my P90X tomorrow. I will be mixing my modified version in with Zumba.
I'm also finishing up my Doctorate Dissertation and turning it in today. Happy Friday the 13th everyone! :)
