I haven't entered for a long time because I started with my emotional eating again, and gained back the weight 🙄😢 But this week I didn't ate for my emotions once and I did have strong negative emotions 💪🏻🎊. This week I tried a different strategy. I read online and found that herbs boost your metabolism and block fat cells from growing. I mixed the best herbs I had together and mixed it with water to drink it every night 1 hour before bed. And no it WAS NOT AND IS NOT great tasting 😵 but the faster you swallow it the faster it's gone 👍🏻😅. Anyway last Saturday (28 May) I weighed 69.6kg and today (4 June) I weigh 67.7kg!! 😍😋
And guys let me tell you I ate 3 brownies last night with Ice cream. Thursday night I ate a ice cream sandwich. Wednesday night I ate vanilla and caramel ice-cream. And Monday and Tuesday I also had dessert. My calories for each day was not less than 1900cal and I lost 2 kilos!
And I didn't exercise once because I am sick sadly 🤒😢 But will start exercising on Monday 🎊🏋🏻‍♀️

Sorry for this long post 😅 But thank you for reading it to the end and I wish all the best for your weight loss journey. And I will update every Saturday because I am finally motivated like I was a year ago

Sorry I made a typo It's actually spices. But I used: 2 tbsp Tumeric 2 tbsp Cinnamon 2 tbsp Oregano 1 tbsp Cumin 1 tbsp Ginger Mixed it together. I took 1 tbsp of the mixed spices with water. The quantity of the water doesn't matter but just add if it's too strong PS It does not taste good at all but I try to gulp it down in one go. I only did this for a few days so don't know the long term result but so far so good

I can believe that! Sounds better than herbs 😆😆 I know that cinnamon has especially good blood sugar stabilising properties. A word of warning - most cinnamon bought in the shops isn’t actually cinnamon anymore, it’s cassia. Which has the same taste but none of the health benefits! Woolies cinnamon is still cinnamon but even robertsons spices if you read the back it’s actually cassia 😓

Since this is a food app, I don't want to get too descriptive. 😎 But let me tell you people, do not eat exactly 21 dried prunes at 21h00 in the evening. Except if you really want to be up and awake in the cold at 02h00 in the morning. 😳 I estimate one loses 5 kgs like that. 🤣
