It's been a long journey, but I didn't diet and didn't exercise. I just listened to my body. I want to start exercising though

I have developed an eating disorder while gone. So I gained weight and hated myself since I last logged in. But now I am ready and this time for real I will firstly check in with myself emotionally. Two years ago I made weight loss an obsession and regained all the weight because I neglected my emotional health. So I hope to reach my new weight of 57 kg in June

I haven't entered for a long time because I started with my emotional eating again, and gained back the weight 🙄😢 But this week I didn't ate for my emotions once and I did have strong negative emotions 💪🏻🎊. This week I tried a different strategy. I read online and found that herbs boost your metabolism and block fat cells from growing. I mixed the best herbs I had together and mixed it with water to drink it every night 1 hour before bed. And no it WAS NOT AND IS NOT great tasting 😵 but the faster you swallow it the faster it's gone 👍🏻😅. Anyway last Saturday (28 May) I weighed 69.6kg and today (4 June) I weigh 67.7kg!! 😍😋
And guys let me tell you I ate 3 brownies last night with Ice cream. Thursday night I ate a ice cream sandwich. Wednesday night I ate vanilla and caramel ice-cream. And Monday and Tuesday I also had dessert. My calories for each day was not less than 1900cal and I lost 2 kilos!
And I didn't exercise once because I am sick sadly 🤒😢 But will start exercising on Monday 🎊🏋🏻♀️
Sorry for this long post 😅 But thank you for reading it to the end and I wish all the best for your weight loss journey. And I will update every Saturday because I am finally motivated like I was a year ago
