Am a little disappointed that I didn't loose any this week but at least I didn't gain so that is a win in my book and after last weeks massive loss I guess I cant expect a loss this week I am just glad I maintained. Hopefully will see the scale move downward next week

Hang in there! Usually after a bigger loss we have to wait a little longer for another pound to drop.

All we need is baby steps. Make mini goals. As I told my husband it has taken us years to gain this freaking weight. We might have to take the same amount of years to take it off. One step at a time. Keep positive. We all have to keep positive. <3

We all have a few weeks we don't lose and but I try not to get discouraged but sometimes don't make it. This is a hard lifestyle. Easy to get here but darn hard to lose. I also wonder since I'm not rich what do I do with all this lose skin. I'm 59 not to much of it is gonna go back in place.
