So far been doing great on my salad challenge ready to see how the weekend go (PMS week) really don't do so well when it's that time of the month What can I say right now just really wanna take some pain meds & get back in my bed for the next 3-5days. I didn't go to the gym & workout this morning due to side effects of lazyness,water weight gain & junk food craving
