It's okay. We are all only human. I said I wanted to lose weight in the beginning of the year. Losing weight isn't just about losing weight it's about losing the mindset and lifestyle that got you there. But anyway, today I started and this time it's gonna last till I reach the end of my life. I have a problem with emotional eating, but I am going for therapy on Thursday but I chose TODAY to stop. Forever.
Remember you are so so special and weight does NOT determine your worth.
