I changed my diet plan from South Beach to Dana Carpender's Low Carb/Hi Protein and am never hungry. I am hypoglycemic and eat every 2 to 3 hrs. to prevent crashes and am doing very well. Altho, I am losing weight unintentionally. I really don't mind as I still have too much bulge (fat) in my middle but it is continuously disappearing. I am very careful about not eating sugar, white bread, potatoes and white rice. I occasionally treat myself to some potato and once in a while to seedy wheat bread. I look at sugar as eating poison.
