Wow. It takes a bit to get in the habit of writing things down. I think I will weigh every Friday and Monday. That way maybe I'll be good during the week and good on the weekends. Once I get the food going, I KNOW I need to exercise! I am so glad to have my sister-in-law to do this with! She makes me try harder to be responsible!
