Doing great with the diet much better than my first week. Im doing well on my shredding for the wedding challenge however im having an issue with getting into a routine of 3 days or so of exercise and drinking 80oz of water a day I easily drink 4 bottles of water a day but getting to that 80oz is hard and these 2 things are causing me to be less than successful at my lose 24lbs by July 4th mini challenges...Im still motivated that im under 190lbs though! Ill put in my official weigh in tomorrow.
