Somehow yesterday's conversation with the BF ended in him deciding to become my trainer. So we worked out last night. The whole warm-up thing was fine - 1/2 mile and then some poly-metrics. After that we did a bunch of compound lifts. I was not too happy with him last night... mostly because he didn't really transition into anything. This morning he told me he was going to make me run 3 miles. I like distant training, don't get me wrong, but I haven't run ANYTHING in probably 5 months. I don't want to injure myself. But other than him not understanding this I guess it's OK. I'm not even really sore today so it must not have been that bad. It's more my joints I'm worried about.
So between not eating after 7, working out, and whatever else my weight is down today. And that makes me happy. I think in terms of diet I'm going to try to keep my net carbs around 100. Between the two something should work.
