Thanks JMB.. not too discouraged bout the weight gain, I notice that if I do not have my normal sleep, I tend to gain the next morning...this weekend was kind of crappy when it came to sleep and lack of exercises.. planning on getting back on the exercises tomorrow.. why not today.. have to do a split at work..first 1/2 is done.. second half starts at 6 will last round 1030.. sigh.. must have been really wicked --if the saying is true that is.. no rest for the wicked..lol..
