Monday morning weigh-ins are a pretty good idea for me. Kept my ever munching mouth in check this weekend. :-)

Starting my 5:2 diet today despite my lack of planning. Going to jump in with both feet today, even if it's not perfection. I wanted to start at 8:00 pm last night, but of course my friend called me up and wanted to have dinner after my church service. So it's 9:00 pm to 9:00 pm for me today.

I need to go to Wholefoods get some tangerines, grapefruits and apples. Maybe some grapes. I love frozen grapes!

Why do cherries cost so much? Love them too...
