I really need to get more sleep. Managed to get a workout in just now. Might be a bit short, but with this heat and me doing it in the garage, I managed to sweat and wear myself out nonetheless.

**MORNING WORKOUT**
Bowflex Xceed:
-Overhead (front) Press 2 x 20 (100lb. total)
-Chair Lunges 2 x 25 (no weights)
-Overhead (back) Press 2 x 15 (100lb. total)
-Flys 2 x 15 (30lb. ea/side)
-Bicep Curls 2 x 15 (30lb. ea/side)
....wanted to do some hamstring curls, but felt exhausted all the way through; so thought I'd skip them today. Hoping to get another workout in this evening.

**EVENING WORKOUT**
Treadmill:
Time: 38min. (shut off on me!)
Dist: 8.5 laps (2.14 miles)
Burned:
Calories: 341
Fat Cals: 106

...wanted to go for 43 minutes, but the treadmill decided to shut off on me again. I have no idea why it does this, or why it chooses to stop when it does. It pisses me off because I'm never prepared (since I don't know when it's going to shut off), and always feel like I'm going to fall on my face when it does. Ugh! BUT...I'm glad I was able to get as much of a workout in. I didn't eat as healthy tonight due to not having much in the house to cook. Need to go grocery shopping. :( However, I did manage to sweat A LOT. Not sure if it's because it was 104 degrees today and the house felt abnormally hot; or if I worked out at a higher speed (though didn't think I did, since I was feeling beat 5 minutes in), or what....but I'm definitely sweating more than I did last night. I hope that's a good thing. I'm just worried about stepping on the scale tomorrow. Hopefully I won't have a huge set-back and feel disappointed in myself.
