Sigh back to the one-on-one-off. Can't complain as this means I at least held the gains.

Next week I'll be travelling for work so I'm nervous. I won't have Sam (trainer) to keep me active and I'll be eating in restaurants for every meal. I think I'll go online now to check the hotels to see what kind of exercise facilities they have. I bought a stretchy rubber tube-thingy to do resistance exercises for my upper body and I've got 166 lbs of built-in weight for my lower body (squats and lunges will do the trick). Now, I just need somewhere to run/bike/elliptical. I'm not too keen on running around the streets of Tokyo or Shanghai.

well at least its holding steady, my weighin in morn and im nervous as well after sticky start to the week...good idea about checking out the hotel meals,can usually find something reasonable aye? maybe you could get some yogurts and stuff in or maybe take own healthy brekkie?but wow tokyo and shanghai exciting, anyway most asian food is fairly healthy, im sure youll be fine.have a great time.cheers di

Asian food is healthy but pretty high carbs and I'm particularly susceptible to carbs. I'll focus on filling up with as many fruits and veggies as possible. I'll be gone for a week and a day so I won't be bringing food with me but my breakfast is nearly always cereal and fruit or toast, yoghurt and fruit so I think I'll be okay. It's just when I get to a buffet that I'm in trouble. I'm going to bring my rubber band to the gym tomorrow and my trainer is going to give me tips to see me through the week. Got a wedding to go to in July so I don't want to fall back now. Anne
