Gained back 2 1/2 lbs. since having the stomach bug. (The only good thing about being sick is that you lose weight. The bad part about it is that you gain it back quickly. Grrrrr!) Though I'm not pleased about it, at least it's better than gaining 5-10lbs. back. Gotta TRY to find something positive, right? Riiiiiight. lol Got to workouts in today. I still feel like I overindulged today, but I'm hoping it's not actually true.

**MORNING WORKOUT**
Jillian Michaels' "30 Day Shred" (did it all the way through. yay! However, I did have to take a couple quick breaks in between. I find that I get out-of-breath easily since I've been sick. It's starting to get better though.)

**EVENING WORKOUT**
Treadmill:
Time: 35min. 30sec.
Dist: 8 laps (2 miles)
Incl: 4, 7
Spd.: 3, 3.5, 3.7, 4 mph
Burned:
Calories: 336
Fat Cals: 105
61.5 kg 지금까지 감소한: 11.1 kg.    남은양: 7.9 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 잘 따르지 않음.
주 1.6 kg 증가하기
