I am in great health for my age. My only real issue is rapid irregular heart rate episodes. Doc says not afib, but to document when it happens. I noticed that as my weight went up, the episodes were becoming closer and lasting longer. These episodes SUCK! I determined that after the holiday and birthday stuff finished, it was time to get the eating under control. Not an easy thing when you are married to a sugar junkie and a food pusher. I have been restricting calories and sticking to it.
