day one of my no sweets/junkfood challenge went well. I didn't eat any "forbidden" foods although I did eat over my RDI because I was extra hungry all day! The challenge started early for me because I'm in a different timezone to most of you and it is monday night here already! I will be weighing on my ancient scales that I dug out of the storeroom tomorrow morning because my dear body fat scales are playing up so god knows how accurate they will be! No point in buying new ones though because we are moving to Europe in 8 weeks time and I have been promisedca super fancy Tanita scales when we get there! anyone who has one some reviews or recommendations of which one is the best would be greatly appreciated!
Edit: I think my next challenge will be called the no overeating challenge! I am so hungry I can't stop eating! But I'm not eating any junk atleast. Might even have this challenge run parallel to the chocolate addicts challenge.
Edit: the HELP I CAN'T STOP EATING challenge has been created! It starts in 7 days and is simple just stick to your RDI for 4 weeks;-) it can be your self set RDI even if you give yourself different calorie limits for different days!

awesome I'm so gonna join that challenge :D our school sometimes makes super yummy food and then I just eat waaaay over my RDI also I'm going to my uncles house next week and he is an awesome cook :) same! I'm rly hungry all of a sudden I don't know why ö.Ö maybe it's to challenge how well we can resist the junkfood? I can't weigh myself at all because I lost my scales (pretty stupid I know..)

Maybe it's the whole wanting what we can't have thing. And eating myself silly on sandwiches,cereal and fruit isn't the answer!

Well it's better than having to say you broke the scales like me! Makes me sound like ein fettsack;-);-);-) my husband says they have probably been used to death because I weigh myself too often!;-)

yeah that's what I think. I agree with your husband there it's definately not because u r a fettsack :D my dad broke our scales because he was too heavy for them ö.Ö

Hopefully there will be some good challenges out after I have Hope to help me stay more accountable but until then I will just keep eating and watching the scales

I definitely eat more when I crave something and I can't have it. I'm so happy we're all doing this together!

Good for you, njashka! Thanks for telling us about the "Help I can't stop eating!" Challenge. I joined it. This should keep us on track. :)

Thanks guys! It's simple u can pick your rdi in the morning and make allowances for special meals just stick to what you set yourself for the day!
