Thank you! Harder than I thought it would be to get in track. But for now, it’s kick, scratch and claw until I find the groove 😉 Then there is yours and the others examples to help motivate.

Thanks, but I'm doin a bit of that scratch-n-claw this week too! I knew Christmas & New Years would be tough.. Didn't have a plan for all the leftovers and goodies afterwards though! Best I got is to hold the line for now. Your turn to lead bud! You got this! ⚖️📉👍😊

Love the way you put it: "kick, scratch and claw". I've been doing that and I am in the grove mostly. No, I'm still clawing. Does anyone else find that when they "find the grove" it's only about 50% safe. I'm always at risk of falling. I am so addicted to sweets and high carbs that I am either binging or walking on top of a very narrow fence. I can fall at any time. But it sure is better than the binging. It feels good to be back on the wagon even though I'm hungry.
