Ahhhh. Thats better,. Thanks for walking me through my mini melt down. Flushed out and watched the salt. Its one of those things I never paid much attention to. I know this weigh in was better as my morning movement (were not talking Beethoven here) happened pre weigh in. Its usually been "going down" after I am dressed and at work! (Yep, its crossed my deranged mind to take a scale to work, strip down naked in the mens room and weigh myself there!!) Have to do push ups and sit ups challenge today, missed my sit ups yesterday.
