Thank you! Although it's not a big achievement. I didn't make a big dinner since it was just the two of us. Mashed potatoes, turkey breast, stuffing and cranberry sauce. I was wise enough not to get any pie. Hope your Thanksgiving went well Tai!

Ah, that's smart to keep things small. I am on the other hand, ate a lot or ate normal for the holidays. I don't keep track of my weight these days, but I keep track of CICO. So I have been burning up the treadmill 😁. Keep going, you've been doing so well 👍
