Last night, my husband and I decided to go out to the Jazz Studio for a couple of hours. Had a Great time, especially since it's not his regular off day!
I wore a dress that I hadn't worn in a long time and felt wonderful in it! Before we left, my son came in and started whistling at me....which, of course, made me do my "runway" thing. LOL
My other son said, Whoa, mom.....I see Stella Got Her Groove Back (title of a movie). :-) He told his dad that he'd better hold on tight. My husband said...Don't worry fellas, I got this! LOL
What would I do without my guys?!! :-) They always make me feel like a Million bucks!
While at the studio, I had a couple of Strawberry Daiquiris (truly not caring about the caloric value) and some raw veggies & cocktail shrimp to help keep me on my feet. LOL
Thank goodness I'm in a couple of FS workout Challenges or I would've been tempted to blow-off my exercise today! :-)
It's gorgeous out today and I really enjoyed my early morning walk; however, I think I'm going to spend the rest of the day slumming on the back patio, catching up on some reading. With a hectic work schedule ahead, I'd better take advantage of this peace & quiet while I can! Other than checking-in on FS, of course, (lol) I'm planning on doing Absolutely Nothing! :-)

Sounds like you too had a fun evening last night!! Cool!!! So nice to have your boys admiring your progress!!! We saw friends last night we had not seen in a few months and I got lots of wonderful compliments from them on how good I looked. Made me feel so good. And it was so much fun to dance and feel lighter on my feet!! YEA for us!!!!!!!!!! Let's keep it up!!! And wasn't it fun to have a night "off" and not stress about calories?

Glad you had a great time! Yesterday my husband FINALLY noticed his mom's weight loss. I've been commenting on her for weeks, but yesterday he just went, "WOAH mom! When did you lose all that weight?!? You're so tiny!" Then his dad piped up and said, "She hasn't been that skinny since we first got married." My mother-in-law was grinning from ear to ear. It's always nice to get noticed. Especially when it comes from hard work like losing weight. Great for you!

You are looking good!!! Yes, my boys are my inspiration too. My husband is too funny though, he's a butt man (hence why he married me, obviously he wasn't a chest man). He keeps telling me, now you aren't going to lose too much are you. I keep reminding him, I will be no smaller than when you met me, he's like ok. He's like a gal with a little meat on her bones, I just have too much in my mind right now :)

Thanks guys! Jcbag~~~it seems that our husbands speak the same language...Yes, mine's is a butt/breast man! LOL When I dropped 15 lbs, he was all celebratory with me, then proceeded to ask...you're not planning to lose any more, are you? LOL Gotta love 'em. Sounds like you're like me...we could weigh 50 lbs and STILL have a bubble attached to our backside :-) But, as you know, it's not a curse! ;-) I assured him that I'm only trying to lose my rolls...not my curves! lol
